FREE shipping ALWAYS!

In stock orders are processed and shipped out within three business days. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday or any holiday.

Pre-orders are shipped the day they arrive at Luxe. The post on the VIP page will give estimated time of arrival. Of course, this can change if vendors don't ship when they say. You are not charged until Luxe receives a tracking number.

Please make sure your address is correct! If a package is returned to us for a wrong address, you will be invoiced for the shipping back to you! Your shipping label is created from the information you enter or if you use Paypal or Shop Pay it pulls from the info they have.


RETURNS

 Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted
  within 30 days from date of purchase.

 Returns are eligible for store credit ONLY.

 All clearance items (over 50% off) are considered FINAL SALE.

 Shipping charges when returning an item are the responsibility of the customer
  and are non-refundable.
